Olympic Aviation Registration and Flight Authorization - Start to Finish

Registration Links
Step 1: Register Organization/Company/Corporation (All) Organization Reg
Step 2: Register OCtc, then Flight Crew/Employees/Volunteers (All) OCtc/Indiv Reg
Step 3: Receive and record IRC for OCtc and Crew/Empl/Vol (All) Email From R&FA
Step 4: Receive FA web site UserID and Password (All) Email From R&FA
Step 5: Register aircraft fleet through web site (all) Link
Step 6: Register flight schedules through web site (Comm/Chrtr/Crgo) Link
 
Flight Authorization (FA) Links
Step 1: Complete electronic manifest (one each for Arr and Dep) Instructions
Step 2: Log into FA Page of R&FA web site Link
Step 3: Fill in FA Request (with Crew IRC) Link
Step 4: Choose the Portal or Gateway to be used, if applicable Portals | Gateways
Step 5: Receive and record Provisional FA Code R&FA Supplied
Step 6: Gateway/DASSP Users: Go to TSA/FAA Site and request Special Security Event Waiver (enter FA Code when required) Waivers
DASSP
Step 7: Submit FA Code to AIRRES site to confirm airport slot time AIRRES
Step 8: Email electronic manifest to R&FA (with provisional FA Code) Link
Step 9: Receive approved manifest (with validated FA Code) Email from R&FA
Step 10: Print copies of approved manifest(s) for crew to present to POJ at Portal/Gateway facility(ies) inbound and outbound. Scheduler/Dispatch
Step 11: Report to Portal/Gateway/Screening facility for processing Manifest to POJ
 
Other Things to Do (not necessarily in order) Links
1. Contact Fixed Base Operator to arrange for servicing (as early as possible) AIRRES
