Carrier Flight Schedules - Step Four
Commercial and Charter Carriers who operate passenger flights in accordance with a regular schedule should submit those schedules to R&FA as far in advance of airspace activation as possible. Scheduled flights (see R&FA Terminology) will be pre-authorized by R&FA, provided they conform to R&FA-prescribed guidelines.
Required information will include:
Flight Number/Callsign
[Normal] Aircraft Type
Aircraft Registration (if known)
OCA Inbound/Outbound (A/D)
Scheduled Day(s) of the Week
Departure Airport/Waterdrome/Heliport (Location Identifier)*
Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)
Destination Airport/Waterdrome/Heliport (Location Identifier)
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
* All Commercial and Charter passengers must be processed through a Gateway, CATSA or TSA Screening facility prior to boarding any aircraft inbound to or taking off from a facility located within the OCA.
Operator schedules will be entered online. Registered organizations will be emailed a UserID and Password that will allow access to that portion of the site around mid-Dec 2009.
