Update: Aircraft Fleet and Flight Schedule forms have been uploaded. A UserID and Password is required to access all except the Organization Registration form, however, as it must be completed and submitted first. A UserID and Password will be emailed once the organization is registered.

Private aviators must complete the same form (Organization Registration) to begin the process. Use first and last name in the Organization block.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are charged with developing, promulgating and enforcing regulations that ensure the safety of athletes, officials, support staff and spectators throughout the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver and Whistler, BC.

Aviation planning specialists at the Vancouver 2010 Integrated Security Unit have coordinated closely with organizers, stakeholders, regulators and service providers alike to develop a broad and effective aviation security program that successfully addresses safety and security concerns concurrent with minimizing disruption to those who draw their livelihood from that industry.

Many aviation security measures will be implemented during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and several web sites have been published to provide unfettered access to information and facilitate interaction between operators, regulators and service-providers. This web site is designed as an interactive tool to assist those participating in the V2010 ISU Registration and Flight Authorization program.

Several plain-language summaries of aviation regulations, flight restrictions and security procedures which will be in place during the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games have been published on this site for information and/or cross-referencing purposes. Aviators are reminded, however, that they must refer to official direction contained in AIP, NOTAM and published navigational charts prior to operating any aircraft in the region immediately before or during the 2010 Games.

Graphic representations are not to be used for navigational purposes.
