Cargo Flights

  Scheduled  (see R&FA Terminology) Cargo carrier flights are not required to submit a FA request, but they must adhere to the manifest requirements iterated below.

  Non-scheduled cargo flights must submit a FA request to R&FA at least thirty-six hours prior to departure.

  FA requests/manifests must list IRC for all on board, including attending personnel.

  POJ, TSA or Security personnel at the departure airport will conduct aircraft inspections and/or verify manifests at their discretion.

Flight Manifests

  Scheduled cargo flights must submit a full flight manifest to R&FA twelve hours prior to departure.

  IRC for all on board are to be entered on the form, and the completed form must be transmitted to R&FA electronically.

  Non-registered personnel/passengers are not permitted on cargo flights.
