DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP)

The DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP) was carefully developed and implemented by the TSA in response to an overwhelming demand to allow corporate traffic to fly into/out of Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA). The program requires operators to submit to comprehensive background security checks, aircraft and baggage searches and individual security screening prior to departure, and they must adhere to strict operational procedures inbound to or outbound from the airport. These checks and balances are closely monitored to ensure the security of the U.S. Capital is maintained, and operators face severe penalties in the event of a violation.

Membership in the DASSP is strictly controlled by TSA, and applications must be submitted well in advance of any forecast flight(s).

ISU has coordinated closely with TSA to arrange for DASSP members to fly directly into the OCA, provided they adhere to DASSP directives and depart from a DASSP Airport. Further information pertaining to the DASSP can be found on the TSA Web Site by clicking the link below.
